Week 1 Reflection

In commencing the WEB101 module this week, it was interesting to learn more about the History of the Internet via this YouTube video and the involvement of the French and UK based entities and their essential contribution for the modern day internet to be created and evolve.

Also, the activity in checking cached websites and using the WayBackMachine search tool. I looked up the below sites via this tool and have included a link to their current 2010 website.

It was fascinating to see the initial offering of the initial websites and the comparison to the sites today. The activity helped to demonstrate the progress of website design and internet technologies over the past decade.
